  • Significant service disruptions lasting more than 7 days

2. Promotional Ad Refunds

Refunds for promotional ads (Featured, Top Post, Urgent Sale) may be provided if:

  • The ad was not published due to technical issues on our platform
  • The promotional features were not applied as promised
  • System downtime prevented the promotion from running
  • Cancellation within 2 hours of purchase (before promotion goes live)

3. Digital Visiting Card Refunds

Digital visiting card subscriptions are refundable under these conditions:

  • Service not delivered within 24 hours of payment
  • Technical issues preventing card creation or sharing
  • Cancellation within the first 7 days of subscription

4. Refund Process

How to Request a Refund
  1. Contact our support team within 7 days of the transaction
  2. Provide your transaction ID and detailed reason for the refund request
  3. Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days
  4. If approved, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
  5. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Used subscription benefits (ads posted, templates used)
  • Successfully published and promoted ads
  • Digital visiting cards that have been shared or downloaded
  • Affiliate commissions and payouts
  • Franchise fees and setup costs
  • Services used beyond the refund eligibility period

6. Partial Refunds

In some cases, we may offer partial refunds based on:

  • Unused portion of subscription services
  • Pro-rated refunds for early cancellations
  • Service credits for future use

7. Dispute Resolution

If you disagree with our refund decision, you may:

  • Provide additional documentation to support your case
